Have a specific item you are after?

This is the Barca difference we offer a free service to help you source products you can't find. Although we are not guaranteed to find what you are after we are happy to try.

How long is preorder?

Preorders can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks.

On average we receive within 3 weeks.

We also offer express services which goods arrive within 10 business days. Additional charges may apply.

Who do we post with?

We currently use Australia Post for final destination deliveries.

Do you accept exchange?

Strictly no exchanges on preorders these are only brought in by request.

An exception applies if item is significantly not as described.

Returns & Refunds

Returns must strictly be made within 14 business days of receiving the item to be eligible for any refund. This is from the day it is posted out in the last stage of posting.
